Business valuations
Business valuations represent a core CWIC competence. We use 3 metrics to generate an objective valuation of what a business is genuinely worth. These include Relative Valuation based on EV/sales and EV/EBITDA, Discounted Cash Flow and the Capital Asset Pricing Model. We also note critical relevant transactions in our valuation report commentary.
Due diligence
CWIC provides best practice due diligence services to companies which look to execute a signficant transactions. On a farm to fork basis, our due diligence work uses the critical 15 criteria of due diligence detailed on this website. Due diligence reports are provided as a PDF in both Word and Powerpoint with a view to making projects easier to understand at board level.
Feasibility studies
Our feasibility studies embrace the TELOS principle of establishing technical, economic, legal, operational and scheduling feasibility. We expand on this to generate a full report which includes a responsibility statement, consistent with professional practice. Reports are typically 65 to 70 pages and include comprensive coverage of both TELOS and other critical items.
Investment case evaluations
A clear emphatic evaluation statement of the investment case for your business is vital in our view. CWIC's proprietary approach focuses on the 5-pillars of the investment case. These are Proof of Concept, Addressable Market, High Level Due Diligence, Leadership Team Credentials and the Financial Forecasts. This evaluation is written up as a standalone document to ensure maximum ongoing utility value.
Investment analysis and research
Investment analysis and sponsored research reports are a flagship product and arguably the most comprehensive route to funding and value optimisation. The investment case is evaluated and summarised in detail. In the body of the report we investigate the business’s core concept, its addressable market using external sources and do a rigorous analysis of how the business works and what it comprises. In addition, we make a detailed assessment of the senior leadership, its experience and why it will deliver value to investors.
Carbon credits
