CHRIS WICKHAM - FOUNDER and CEO
CWIC Equity Solutions Ltd is led by its founder, Chris Wickham, a senior equity analyst with nearly 40 years of experience across asset management and investment banking. Throughout his career, Chris has held senior analyst roles at Lehman Brothers, Bankers Trust, and Stifel, where he developed deep expertise in valuation, investment research, and capital market analysis.
Chris has been consistently recognised within the industry, achieving Extel (Top Team), Institutional Investor, and Starmine (Top Analyst) rankings. In 2017, he was also rated Research Tree’s top analyst across all sectors, further reinforcing his reputation for analytical depth and transparency.
He is among the few senior investment analysts to have published meaningful research in blockchain, cryptoassets, and digital currency, and has more recently become active in the carbon credit space. His ability to bridge traditional finance with emerging markets has positioned CWIC at the forefront of evolving asset classes.
Chris is a professionally qualified investment analyst, having met the examination requirements of both the CFA Society (UK) and the London Stock Exchange. He is also recognised by EFFAS (The European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies) as a professionally qualified investment analyst. His professional designations include ASIP, CEFA, and SiE (Dip), and he is a member of the CFA Society (UK).
Chris is based in London. He is married to Anne Wickham and has three grown up children, Adam, Charlotte and Lucia. Outside family and finance his interests are art. music and sport.

Arthur (Rexon Ltd) brings to CWIC ESL’s clients more than 35 years’ experience raising capital in Europe for clients located in the USA. After a career in industry with Mobil Corporation and W.R. Grace and Co., Arthur joined Morgan Guaranty Trust Company’s Corporate Finance Department as an officer specializing in the petroleum industry. Arthur earned an AB Degree from Columbia College, Columbia University; an MA Degree from Cambridge University as well as an MBA in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Arthur is based in Parsipanny, New Jersey, USA.
